We welcome children into our restaurant here at Hotel du Vin. We know how important it is to introduce them to fine dining at a young age. That’s why we offered free meals to children accompanying adults earlier this year.

We celebrate and respect our younger diners by offering them healthy, nutritionally balanced dishes. Children are given mini versions of their parents' food. Forget chicken nuggets and think delicious pan-friend breast instead with pommes mousseline.

Built on the site of the former Brakspears Brewery, Hotel du Vin combines 21st Century designs with its superb Georgian origins. One of our three dining rooms, for example, has been carved out of the fermentation room and old malt house of the former brewery.

Have you heard about our wine dinners? They’re a great way to discover new wines while sampling simple classic dishes from our kitchens. As you dine, our resident sommelier Stephane tells you more about the wines you’re drinking and why he’s matched them to particular dishes. But book early – these dinners are extremely popular.
