Henley Town Football Club celebrate their 140th birthday in 2011. Henley Town were formed in 1871, the same year as Reading FC, and are the oldest club recognised by the Oxfordshire Football Association. Henley Town FC are now members of the Hellenic League. Henley also have teams in the Allied Counties Youth Football League and the Reading Sunday Football League. The first team also compete in the FA Vase.
Henley Town FC play their football at The Invesco Perpetual Triangle Ground, Mill Lane, Henley-on-Thames. RG9 4HB. Entrance to first team home games is £5 for adults and £3 for concessions. The clubhouse, which was built in 1995, serves food and drink on matchdays. The clubhouse also has a large screen for you to check on the rest of football.
Henley Town FC is a really friendly football club playing a good standard of football. They are a F.A. Charter Club and a F.A. Community Club with A.F.C Henley and Henley YMCA. The main sponsor of the club is local investment company Invesco Perpetual. The club is presently on the lookout for other local businesses for sponsorship. The club can offer a mixture of packages including match day sponsorship and a board at the ground.
