Rob Durrant has to be the best PT in the land! In just 8 weeks, I have changed shape (my waist has returned, I have lost the flab around my upper back and arms and my bottom is higher up than it used to be!) have more energy and have lost 10lbs into the bargain. He monitored my eating habits over two weeks and then based on my favourite type of food, set me a low GI eating plan. I have been a member of the Henley Leisure Centre for best part of 10 years, first participating in classes, and for the past five years, doing my (almost daily) workouts in the gym. To me, going to the gym is a life style choice. I really cannot get going in the morning without dropping in for an hour! my enthusiasm has spread in the family: my husband and daughter are also members now.
In the last few years I have seen Henley Leisure Centre develop into a centre of excellence: the new premises are of high quality, they are kept clean, the equipment well looked after and the staff always welcoming, friendly, professional and supportive. All in all, membership is good value for money and I would recommend joining without any hesitation.

I have just had a 7 day trial at the newly refurbished Henley Leisure Centre and it was great. The facilities are excellent and the staff were so helpful. The gym team gave me some much needed support and advice on how to achieve my goals. i had never used a gym before but i highly recommend Henley Leisure Centre to any beginners looking into the basics of training or even more experienced users looking to achieve new heights. Thanks again to all the staff at the centre.
