Just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for all your treatment, advice and support through my ACL reconstruction and rehab, and to let you know how I am getting on.

I made the uni basketball team. I have lost my touch a bit and don't play much for the firsts but in terms of speed and vertical leap, I don't seem to have lost a great deal. Also, I ran a cross-country marathon this weekend - a very hilly, windy 48km along the coast of South Devon! I have been training hard and my knee has coped fine - wasn't even stiff the day after the big run - I think that counts as a fairly decent recovery!

You all helped me so much during my rehab, which was probably the most challenging period of my life so far, if I'm honest. None of you ever let me doubt my ability to bounce back and that was incredibly important for me.

Special thanks to Dave for the initial catch and onward referral and particularly to Jill and Carrie for all the early morning sessions, listening to me moan, and helping me keep my head up.

I would recommend any of you to friends or family, you did a great job.

After a nasty skiing injury last year - I had surgery and then extensive physiotherapy and rehabilitation with Dave, Carrie and Jill were great and really enthusiatic all the time. I just thought I would express my thanks for the treatment that I received from you.

The day that I walked into the clinic was the day that my life changed for the better. The weekly exercises that I still undertake seem to keep my back pain at bay and I have now got to the stage where I am a full member of the local gym. Just to be able to run and carry out basic exercises is something that I never thought I would be able to do again and although I do not push myself too hard, I am in the best shape that I have been in for many years.
Whenever people complain of aches and pains I always recommend you.

Kersh is a great bloke but unfortunately I have spent far too much time in his treatment room in recent times. Nevertheless, I can only thank him for his tireless work on my shins which ensured that I was fit for both the Ashes tour and the World Cup. His professionalism, knowledge and ‘questionable sense of humour’ are key factors in his treatment approach, which produces very efficient and successful outcomes. Likewise his patience and persistence were also vital when treating me as I occasionally got side tracked and needed a good kick up the backside (which often wasn’t particularly gentle!) in order to make me pursue and ultimately achieve my treatment and rehabilitation targets after my hernia operation.

I'm glad to report I'm all fixed up (...and happy for you to discharge me...probably don’t need this bit in) I was very happy with the service and if I'm still in the area and have another injury I will definitely use you guys again.

I phoned with severe shooting pain on a Sunday afternoon and got seen through an emergency appointment that day. I was so greatful for the immediate relief and after four further sessions had fully recovered.

I struggled with back pain for over 3 years but with the expert guidance and treatment I was painfree after just a few sessions. I still do the exercises I was given by Jill and since have not looked back and am now training for the Reading Half Marathon in March!!!
