I have no hesitation in recommending Charles Property to anyone that recognises that you need a real professional to handle electrical issues. We have used Phil and his team for two separate electrcial issues. One wss to fix a light in our garage, and the other was to fix the thermostat on a relative's central heating system. Both times Phil has been very diligent and quick and we would thoroughly recommend him. He also gave us advice on electrical issues that didn't meet current standards.

Having had a detailed survey conducted for my new house purchase it highlighted a major issue with the electrics. Phil, from Charles Property, was extremely wuick in diagnosing the faults and promptly put toether a plan of action, and cost breakdown, for rectifying the faults.
