The Henley Brewing Company have been brewing fine cask conditioned beers since November 2012. The brewers live inside the Henley Brew House and brew beers spanning classic English ales through to lighter, hoppier beers and fantastic seasonal brews – often using unusual ingredients. Their aim is to brew three regular beers: Jail House, a classic best bitter; Temple Island, a hoppy pale ale and Night Watch, a rich stout. In addition, they brew other beers throughout the year including Old Nick, a winter favourite. They also host beer and food evenings and Head Brewer tasting nights.
