Green Flag Award

Shipley Country Park was awarded Green Flag status in 2008 and 2009 and is the first Derbyshire County Council site to receive this impressive award.

A recognised reward for providing one of the best green spaces in the country, the team at Shipley are now making plans to improve the park further to obtain such status again.
