I have the phone that I wanted on the plan that I wanted and made a saving over the phone company's price.

I only decided to contact Go Mobile last night at about 4.30pm after finding my mobile provider less than helpful. This morning I'm walking out of their shop on Heanor Marketplace with a stunning deal!

So if you're about to upgrade or buy a phone I urge you to talk to Go Mobile first and avoid a load of worry and hassle. Not only will they give you top advice, they may well save you money and are simply very pleasant people to do business with.

Brilliant store with brilliant people, my wife and son also use them and we have always been more than happy to reccomend to friends and family, and we know they will get a good service too!

Emma & Chris are always there to provide a lovely friendly welcoming atmosphere in their shop, never too busy to have a chat if you need anything clarifying either! Plus they do really attractive deals on contracts too lol :)

Go Mobile Heanor are a b-r-i-l-l-i-a-n-t phone shop!!!!!!!!! They have got my contract spot on, they got me hundreds of minutes and thousands of text on my plan, and i got loads of internet too! I didnt want to pay loads out and i dont! They have done contracts for my mates too and they have all been happy, they gave me and my little girl a can of pop while it was being set up and they also let her crayon and play with dummy phines while i nset up my contract, 100% award from me and my daughter Casey.

A couple of friends had been on at me for a while about getting a new phone as thiers was better than mine and to be fair mine was very out of date, I called my network and went in a few shops in town but I didnt understand all the jargon and numbers and stuff, I was told to go in a shop and have a look at what I wanted and then to call back when I knew what I wanted, I felt a right dunce,I went in Go Mobile to have a look and the man in there was brilliant, he spoke plain English and had a really good chat with me, I must of looked at every phone they had and in the end I picked one, he did me a brilliant deal on a talk plan, loads cheaper than I expeced to pay and got me up and running there and then, I defo wont be doing anything through a big chain or over the phone again! Go to these people, they are mint!

I received excellent service from Go-Mobile, Heanor. The service I received was second to non, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They excelled in knowledge of various phone handsets and I was very impressed. Clear proof that amazing customer service still exists.
