There's planty of room for a few pushchairs withut feeling in the way. Ther eis a play area for little people and the staff are always helpful and friendly (and the cake portions are huge!)

I am a member of the voluntary staff who work at Cafe Heroes. We offer services to the community and ex-service men and women, every one is welcome to pop in for a hot pot of tea or freshly ground coffee, hot and cold light lunches and kids meals. We are also starting a choir on Monday 20th Febuary 7 - 8.30 if any one is intrestered from beginners to ex-professional vocalists

I've dropped in to Cafe Heroes a few times now, and will be returning again and again! To me it's more than just a cafe, it's the public end of a support network for ex-servicemen. A network that can offer so much for our troops when they get to civvi street. I did 22 years in the RAF and have made it to the outside world without too many problems, others aren't so lucky.

If you want to support our ex-servicemen, then just go for a cuppa and a chat at Cafe Heroes.. It really is that simple; plus you get to have a cracking brew in a lovely environment!
