Last Word Records is an independent record label and production company
designed to commercially release recorded works and promote new acts in a range of creative ways.
Based at Redbridge College's Chadwell Heath Campus, our aim is to provide artist
development.
We offer rehearsal/recording and promotional facilities.
We can produce demo CD's, production and post production such as editing audio,
mixing and mastering.
You may want to hire our facilities just for fun, with our engineer recording yourself singing
to a backing track of your favourite song.
Previous commissions for Last Word Records include, Recording Sessions for signed
musical acts, Artist Development, A&R Activities, Marketing Campaigns and Gigs.
The recording studios and rehearsal facilities are available for hire to groups or solo artists',
providing an opportunity to rehearse and record their work professionally.
We also offer a range of packages for staff development purposes and enrichment.
This service is also available to schools, offering the chance to develop school curriculums within
the music field in a vocational context.
We use industry standard software and hardware, such as. Cubase 5 / Garageband / Line 6
/ Mackie Xbus, 72 channel touch screen mixing desk / Reason and Pearl/Yamaha/Ludwig drums.
