Joining HCCI is easy and painless! As long as you trade in the local area (you do not have to be based in Havering), run a reputable organisation, and want to grow your business, you can join

We first opened our Ladies Only Gym in July 2007 in the Market Square Romford and as you can imagine it can be quite a lonely business starting your own business especially when we both came from employed corporate backgrounds. We also did not have much time or funds to get the word out about what we do. I went to our first meeting and found that there was a strong local business vibe in Havering that I did not realise existed and now one that over 2 years down the road no feel very much part of to a point where other local businessâs now want to jointly promote themselves alongside our brand in the Borough
I have been a member of HCCI for many years. Being a member has not only increased my business I have also gained a huge amount of knowledge through meetings and seminars. There is also a very good social calender making it easy for new members to integrate.
Since joining the HCCI we have benefited greatly not only through the sharing of valuable information, but through the networking meetings and seminars. I would recommend any local business to join.
We joined the Havering Chamber of Commerce to raise our profile in the local area and believe that it is a great way to meet like minded members and do business for not only now but build relationships for the future. After a year of being a member we have been able to meet with some good contacts and enjoy the networking and look forward to continue being a member for many years to come
Being a one man company I find the networking opportunities provided by HCCI invaluable in getting my message across in an informal but purposeful way

I just wanted to say a big thank you. I really feel that I got something for the event. I made some great contacts, (who we are already doing business with!) and met some really nice people, who I probably never get the opportunity to speak with if I were to cold call and say I was from an agency!
