Jenni is always there to take the stress out of any trip. At the very last minute Jenni helped plan and book a fantastic romantic weekend away for my husband and I. Fantastic hotel overlooking the River Thames and ride for two on the London Eye. All at a great price. I gave Jenni a tight budget and about two hours to put this all together. She worked very fast and came up with a great deal I could surprise my husband with on his birthday the following day. Thanks for everything.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday which Jenni helped us arrange. I am a nervous traveller which is made worse when taking our children but Jenni does an excellent job of listening to all my worries and building a great holiday for us. She is always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions and arranges every part of the trip. I would like to say a HUGE thankyou to Jenni for her help on Boxing Day, she went over and above her call of duty when we had to phone her for help. We are now 'back to normal' after our marvellous trip to Canada.

We had a superb time and our journey across the country just got better as we travelled from east to west by train - bus - coach and ship.

The cruise to Alaska was the ' icing on the cake ' and the magnificent scenery was, as the Americans kept saying, "awesome".

The pack of information you made up on each of the Caribbean islands was most helpful and allowed us to make an informed choice of where our destination was to be.
Feel free to recommend Antigua and the Coco bay resort on our behalf, as having looked around the island we feel that this is an unrivalled resort for the couple looking to get away from it all.
We have also had some feedback from several of our guests at the wedding, who were impressed at the level of service that Travel Councillors offer. Even down to the sending of thank you cards to the people that gifted funds, this was something that we did not expect.
Using Travel Councillors services sure beats the fussing over an elaborate wedding list, and the receiving of 3 Irons and 4 sets of towels which we do not need at this time.
What a wonderful stress free service.
