I went to Tony Strowgers when my pocket watch was in need of repair, service and a good old clean. The watch is very precious to me as it has been in the family for four generations and it means a lot to me as my Dad left it to me. The service I received was brilliant.The customer service and communication was excellent and when I left the watch there I knew it was in good hands. I was called up when the watch was done and ready for collection and the price for the work done was suprising. Great value! I couldn't pick it up for a while as I was busy with work but Tony kept hold of it for me untill I was free to pick it up. I would not hesitate to reccomend Tony Strowger to any one. Fantastic all round service.

I HAD WANTED TO HAVE SOME JEWELLERY MADE FOR SOME TIME AND FINDING TONY'S SHOP WAS REVELATION. HE TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD WHAT I REQUIRED AND HAS MADE ME THINGS THAT I TOTALLY ADORE, AS WELL AS REPAIRING OTHER ITEMS. HIS STAFF ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND SHOPPING THERE IS ALWAYS VERY ENJOYABLE.

If you want a bespoke piece of jewellery I couldn't recommend Tony Strowger more highly. He listens, makes suggestions and the result is a very special individual piece which you won't see anywhere else. He represents outstanding value and it is worth travelling many miles to see him. Impressive exterior and warm welcome without sales pressure from staff. Lovely to find a shop which doesn't overwhelm like many high street shops but is able to provide a bespoke service to the individual with a chance to bring out the individual in you while still suiting your pocket! Simply lovely!
