Sage One is easy to use and very cost effective, it is an intuitive accounts software package, which takes the heartache and headache out of running a business, be it large or small. Entering your data is straightforward, actually it could not have been made simpler; there is a step by step guide should you need it and on-line or telephone help is no more than a key stroke away; you could not be better supported and if you come across something that you cannot do, or do not understand, then just ask and you will receive very prompt help.

Sage One has helped me in many ways. First of all it is so easy to use. I don’t have any previous experience as such in the running of a business. This is my first year of being self employed and therefore I need all the tools available to me to make sure I keep everything legal, professional, and most importantly keep track of my costs and profits. Paul Donno and Sage One Accounts allow me to do all of these things. I have never used any accounting software before and Sage One Accounts is very easy and natural to use. There's not a host of unnecessary buttons to clutter it up. I really like how it will calculate all my VAT and submit it online in seconds. Paul Donno was very helpful in getting me started with Sage One Accounts and he took the time to answer any of my questions no matter how trivial. As an owner driver in the haulage industry I have many things to deal with everyday such as finding work for the truck, keeping it legal with regards to maintenance, health and safety and driver’s hours. I am away from home 5 days a week and so the last thing I want to do is spend hours a week on my accounts. This is where Sage One Accounts comes in and allows me to create very professional looking sales invoices in seconds for my customers and I can soon put through my costings and see where the company is financially on nearly a daily basis. The other advantage of Sage One Accounts is that it is all done online. This means I can create sales invoices and send them out to customers while I’m out on the road on using my iPad, more efficient invoicing means faster payments - which is good for my cashflow and my business. Paul Donno introduced me to the advantages of subscribing to Sage One Accounts which in itself is a good financial tool but with the backup of a professional accountant and his team it is a great combination that I can’t see myself ever giving up.
