Paul made the transition simple and gave me a comprehensive intro to Sage One. Since being with Jacobs Allen I have received excellent support and service from Chelsea in the Haverhill office. Sage One has helped me in many ways. First of all it is so easy to use. I don’t have any previous experience as such in the running of a business. This is my first year of being self employed and therefore I need all the tools available to me to make sure I keep everything legal, professional, and most importantly keep track of my costs and profits. Jacobs Allen and Sage One Accounts allow me to do all of these things. I have never used any accounting software before and Sage One Accounts is very easy and natural to use. The other advantage of Sage One Accounts is that it is all done online. This means I can create sales invoices and send them out to customers while I’m out on the road on using my iPad, more efficient invoicing means faster payments - which is good for my cashflow and my business. Paul Donno introduced me to the advantages of subscribing to Sage One Accounts which in itself is a good financial tool but with the backup of Jacobs Allen, it is a great combination that I can’t see myself ever giving up.
