Just a few lines to mention that it has been a pleasure to stay at the Haverhill Days Inn over the last six weeks. Starting a new position at a local company has been quite testing but your staff have been very helpful in providing a relaxed home from home after the days slog.
Simon, in particular, has been A+++, nothing is too much trouble for him, going the extra yard to provide a quality service.

I haven't stayed at your hotel but I want to write to make you aware of the brilliant service my family and I received last Thursday evening (7th July). We were on our way to Southwold from the northwest and hadn't realised that the evening at Newmarket would mean a shortage of hotel rooms in Cambridgeshire. We'd already been turned away from 4 places before arriving at Days Inn at about 10.30, and we were all getting quite tired and more than a little bit worried that we'd never find anywhere to stay. Ben was absolutely brilliant. He charged my phone for me while he personally called a whole series of different hotels for us, finally securing 2 rooms for us in Bury St Edmunds. His customer service went much further than we would ever have expected and I hope you have some kind of employee reward scheme so he can be properly credited for being such a brilliant member of your team.

A most enjoyable stay. A warm and friendly welocme on arrival. Well appointed, comfortable room and bed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Thank you.

I would just like to give some feedback on my stay in The Days Inn Haverhill over the last few weeks. First of all I would thank you all for the exceptional, beyond my expectations, customer service. You have made my stay as comfortable as possible with the staff and facilities ensuring 'a home from home' whilst at the same time staying professional at all times. I would recommend this hotel to all, be it a short overnight stay or for longer periods of time. My work has resulted in me using the hotel facilities during the night, at some hotels I would receive a reduced level of service. I can state that this is not the case here with a high level of service 24 hours a day.

I can genuinely say I have enjoyed my stay here and appreciate the helpful attitude from all. Hope your success continues

Donna heads a professional, inconspicuous and highly efficient team. I have used their facilities several times over the last year and find them faultless and very friendly. The rooms are spotless, bright and air-conditioned and all the electrical requirements are to hand. Combined with the Harvester restaurant adjacent to the Hotel, I can't think of a better meetings experience for many miles in any direction.
