It’s time to get festive in Haverhill on Friday 9th December 2011, with a Family Xmas Night, fireworks, and Christmas-themed theatre performance.
Come along to Haverhill Town Centre from 5:30pm this Friday to enjoy Family Xmas Night – a barrage of street entertainment, children’s rides, an evening market, charity stalls, refreshments... oh, and late night shopping, of course!
Please note that due to the event, the town centre will be closed to traffic from 2pm until 11pm.
Alternatively, why not visit Haverhill’s Recreation Ground from 8:15pm on December 9th to enjoy a Grand Fireworks Display set to a special soundtrack? Ok, so maybe not a traditional way to count down to Christmas, but it’s free to attend and the perfect antidote to Christmas shopping!
Smile, it’s Christmas! It certainly is at The Quay Theatre in Sudbury – featuring Nigel ‘Boy’ Syer and Country Company, Smile, it’s Christmas! is a variety performance in the truest sense of the word, with Nigel’s trademark music, comedy, stories and poetry, and Country Company’s award-winning country music.
