Hastings Herring Fair - Stade Open Space
This weekend is the Hastings Herring Fair at the Stade Open Space, where you can meet the fishermen, learn traditional skills and witness the blessing of the nets. At the fair there will be around 20 food and drink traders, non-stop live music, cooking demonstrations from Billingsgate Seafood Training School and plenty of entertainment for the children too. A Night of Flamenco: Jesus Olmedo & Lourdes Fernandez - Kino-Teatr
Come and join Kino-Teatr for A Night of Flamenco with Jesus Olmedo and Lourdes Fernandez this Saturday. After moving to London in 2009 Jesus has become one of the most popular flamenco dancers in the UK, performing in venues such as Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club and the Royal Albert Hall. He has also participated as an actor and dancer in Bizet's Carmen, performing at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden. For more information click here.
