It's phenomenal to think that it's been a year since I introduced myself as the new owner of thebestof Hastings. And what a year it's been!
When I look back at the blog I wrote last year, there are a number of points that remain true today - and a number that I'm delighted to say have gone beyond what I'd ever expected.
Becoming the new owner of bestof Hastings was the next stepping stone in my mission to be "the Hastings guy" for local marketing, having already established SocialBee the year before. It was exciting to take on the new challenge and I'm still loving it. I've retained some of the fabulous features that were firm favourites for thebestof Hastings members such as the Hastings Curry Club - and I've added some great new features to deliver even more value to the members. These are events like the Bubbles and Business which has been a great success and the Sociable Networking with thebestof which is coming up on Tuesday evening.
More recently I'm delighted to say that Clare has joined SocialBee and thebestof family too, becoming my right hand woman to help enhance the service and support offered by thebestof Hastings to our members and the wider community. We introduced Clare in a recent blog, so why not have a read here?
