Champneys Forest Mere Health Resort Testimonials

Having just returned from a three day break I can tell you that it was a really relaxing break but we did note a few things that have changed since our last visit. Firstly, the Thallasotherapy pool needs a little TLC (ie cleaning and decorating) and we were saddened that they dont use there own products in the rooms, (other than the hand cream) ladies toilets or spa. Having products in the room always incouraged us to buy more to take home.
The treatments were up to their usual standard. The staff were all extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The food was good and there was plenty of it.
Yes, they are tightening their belts but still a wonderful treat.

Had a fantastic, relaxing day at Forest Mere yesterday. Thanks to all the staff for making it such a relaxing day. They are all very polite and helpful with the customers' aims at heart - from the management, to the trainers, cafe staff, administrators and cleaners. Nothing is too much trouble. Enjoy.
