13th Sept. Stewart Park, Middlesbrough
Sunday 13th September, 2009 - Come and Join In The North East's Biggest Keep Fit Class at Stewart Park in Middlesbrough. All monies raised will be split equally between Zoes Place & Hartlepool Hospice. Bannatynes of Coulby Newham have kindly agreed to host the session which will cosist of a 10 minute warm up session, followed by 30 minutes of 'keep fit'. It will be suitable for all fitness levels, and Real Radio (formerly Century) will also be there on the day as well. To take part we require a £5 registration fee before the day - or you may sign up on the day for £8. Refreshments will be available on site.
10.30am for 11am start. Minimum age 11.
