Recent Recommendation Centre - Yoga & Wellbeing Having dabbled in Hatha yoga for many years Jaki recommended Ashtanga yoga to me. I joined her beginners class back in March and have never looked back! It is a wonderful work out for both mind and body and I leave the class feeling calm yet energised. The classes are for all ages and abilities and conducted in a friendly atmosphere. Jaki is a great teacher and I would urge anyone who has thought of taking up yoga to give her a call and give it a go!! Gill S
