I wanted to thank Home Instead for all thir support for my father over the last 2 years. He has just gone into residential care but without the help from the carers at Home Instead it would have happened a lot sooner. The carers we had were all very well trained and friendly and Dad greeted them as old friends. They got here whatever the weather (through last winter's snow) and were able to accommodate any changes required such as additional visits.
I cannot say how grateful we all are for all your help and advice with my mother. Now that she is no longer at home, we appreciate even more the kindness, dedication and affection that she received from your carers. They were always prepared to go just that little bit farther than they needed to..... so very kind. The whole family extends their thanks and please accepty my kindest wishes.
As I live a great distance away, I appreciate the efficient and reliable contact with Home Instead staff which means that I keep up to date with what is happening. Home Instead looked after my mum at home for three years prior to her being taken into residential care. They are very conscientious at all times in the level of care they provided and I found them to be very flexible in their working arrangements.
