Total soft water was very effecient the service was very good I would certainly recomend them. The product was also very good the soft water has made a huge difference I used to have to clean my shower head every week now I dont have to do it at all, and of coure you save on all your soap products.

I bought a NUWAVE MD400 from Total Soft Water three of four years ago when I replaced the kitchen and my old water softener. I also replaced my jug filter with an under the sink jobbie. The personal service is very pleasant, efficient and helpful. The new softener uses much less salt and makes much less noise than my old one. Banishing the jug filter was a relief! I haven't had a moment's worry with anything and recommend this company/shop wholeheartedly.

I love the reverse osmosis water filter we bought off Paul. Our tap water didnʼt taste particularly nice before we got it. Since weʼve had the system weʼve enjoyed the taste so much that we take it whenever we go out and about. Even our friends and visitors comment about how pleasant the water tastes and want more of it! The unit fits neatly out of sight under the kitchen sink and Paul did a good quick job in fitting it.
