Our extensive experience, gained from designing an extremely wide variety of projects of differing type, scale and complexity throughout the UK and Ireland, has allowed us to develop invaluable knowledge that feeds into all aspects of our work. Our residential portfolio includes a wide variety of commissions, from conversions, alterations, extensions and refurbishment of existing dwellings, often with historic significance; to new build individual private houses; small, medium and large scale residential developments of both houses and apartments, and completely new towns and villages.
Our extensive collective experience as designers ensures we have a clear understanding of our client's commercial needs and expectations. We seek to maximise development value whilst recognising townscape, social, ecological and environmental issues, which means we have a holistic approach to all of our schemes.
The practice has developed good working relationships with Local Planning Authorities throughout the UK and indeed a number of our residential schemes have informed county design standards.
