As somebody who often forgets how to relax, The Happiness Centre is an absolute jewel. You step off the street in busy Shepherd's Bush into a light, airy and warm reception, with exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. Vijay Netto, Osteopath & Cranial Osteopath, is my usual Osteopathy therapist. Vijay is extremely knowledgeable and listens to my catalogue of problems with a good sense of humour. He takes the time to explain his thorough diagnosis of problems and how his treatment is intended to work, and he often uses a combination of different techniques including Acupuncture . He takes a holistic approach to my aches and pains rather than simply treating symptoms, and I leave every session feeling relaxed, but more importantly, feeling better. I have suffered from injury and pain for many years, and tried a huge variety of therapies.
