I got them to deliver and install our tree on Friday (thanks for £10 off through this site) just ahead of the snow. The driver was a) on time b) very engaging with my excited children and c) cut the trunk to size and put it in the holder and took the netting rubbish away with him.

This was so hassle free compared to the usual walk home with tree, get cross because doesn't fit, have to find saw in freezing garden shed, annual argument with husband routine! I had priced the tree with a "pop up" stall and the couple of pounds extra was well worth it - a lovely tree and great service.
