It is said that we all have a book in us - yet how do you decide what to write? and, more importantly, how do we write stuff that people want to read?

Local author Tom Evans will be providing the answers to a new networking group for authors and aspiring authors on October 27th, 2014 at the Mandolay Hotel in Guildford.

Tom has had 10 of his own books published and has helped thousands of aspiring authors to overcome writers block and get their books published.

As well as addressing issues of motivation and how to stay in ‘the zone’, Tom will be passing on his wisdom about how to write a book that readers will not be able to put down.

He will explain why less than 10% of readers actually finished A Brief History of Time.  Discover how Dan Brown makes his novels guilty pleasures, and learn how Ronnie Corbett constructs his shaggy dog stories.

This is an unmissable event for any aspiring or established Surrey-based author whether you’re looking for motivation and creative inspiration, or simply want to hear a gifted author speak.  Tickets are available here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/authorcraft-surrey-how-to-write-a-page-turner-tickets-13519716837
