You Must Be Stoking is one of Surrey's finest comedy nights, bringing some of the UK's biggest acts from televisions, radio and the UK comedy circuit to The Stoke pub in Guildford on the first Wednesday of every month.
Now in its fourth year, there is simply no better place to go in Guildford for a fantastically funny night out! You Must Be Stoking has established a stellar reputation amongst comedians and audiences alike, and attracts some of the very best stand-up comedians from the UK circuit to headline the comedy night, including:

Acts are handpicked by Guildford resident and regular compère, Paul Kerensa, who just happens to be an award-winning writer of BBC hit sitcoms, 'Not Going Out' and 'Miranda', as well as an award-winning stand-up comedian.
Every show offers four hilarious acts, one great compère and two intervals for just £7 in advance(click here) or £9 on the door. Doors open at 7:30pm and the show begins at 8:00pm.
The Venue
Situated in the heart of Guildford, The Stoke's function room can accommodate audiences of up to 140, complete with its own bar, which is ideal for pre-show and interval drinks.
Great food is also available, with a full and tasty menu - the staff recommend their freshly made, stone-baked pizzas!
