Wild Garlic is just over one year old and has been operating in Guildford since July 2010. The menu is both traditional and contemporary.

Downstairs provides a more cosy, intimate atmosphere offering our traditional meal alongside out bespoke 'build you own' menu.
All of our ingredients are carefully selected by Chris Connor, owner of Wild Garlic and sourced from local suppliers and checked and updated regularly ..... fresh Fish and shellfish from London's Billingsgate market, ingredients from Secretts in Milford, Osney Farm in Godstone and authentic Italian ingredients are sourced from stallholders at the world famous Mercati Generali in Turin.
Chef's Joe Wright and Tony Sims have over 40 years' experience between them. Joe studied at the Anton Mosimann Academy before collecting several years experience in all the important fields of hospitality including restaurants, private dining, weddings and conference catering. Joe also specialises in producing bespoke celebration cakes and is proud to include X Factor and Take That star Gary Barlow amongst his celebrity clients.
Tony's career began on a youth training scheme at Devon's premier conference centre and Tony was trained to deal with all aspects of catering from tables of two up to parties in excess of one thousand! In the past 5 years, Tiny has acted as chef at several of Guildford and Godalming's finest local eateries.
