I won a website design service with Weblaunch at a business exhibition event last year and, in some cases, this can lead to you being treated as a 'second-class client' (because you are not paying). But this has never been the case with Weblaunch - they have always been very professional, courteous and instantly responsive. I have sometimes plagued them with lots of questions as I don't have that much technical expertise and they have always called me back when they said they would, listened to me and worked to quickly resolve my issues.
