As a man I don't usually go to a beauty therapist but my face was not its usual smiling face but, lets face it puffy. I was persuaded to go to Shine in Woking, where Caroline went to work on me. She gave me a facial and shoulder massage, it was wonderful I left feeling younger and more energised than I have felt for ages. I was told that Caroline had magic fingers which I took with a pinch of salt, but I was wrong she does have a magic touch. I would recommend everyone to go and see her, she caters for all. As well as the lovely body massages I have had a Shine, Caroline has also done facials for me and the slim effect body wrap before I went on my holiday. The facial made my face look lovely. And the body wrap experience was very invorgorating but I have that done in summer as you have to have a shower. It is well worth having - as I felt detoxified and was a much better treatment then I was expecting. It was a pleasant experience - not cold and wet, and it had a great massage too. Decleor products are also brilliant, they do what they say and they smell great. They may cost a bit more but you get what you pay for.

I went to see Caroline last week to have a massage and I have to say I don't sleep very well at night and that night was one of the best night's sleep I have had. Caroline was extreamly professional the whole session was about what was right for me and what I wanted, Caroline made me feel very special. I would highly reccomend anyone going to see her, she has 18 years experience and you can tell. Thank you Caroline, I shall be back.

Last week I treated myself to a tanning treatment called sunrise which was truly exceptionel. To start with, I had an exfoliationg salt rub, then Caroline massaged my whole body with geranium oil which made the skin really warm and soft, and after a mini facial she applied the tanning lotion. 90mins of bliss and an even and healthy looking tan afterwards! I have had a series of message treatments with Caroline which was recommended by my doctor, after I had a liposuction operation. Her approach was totally responsible and professional towards my case, on how to apply the treatment and what to use. I enjoyed 3 months of message which truly supported my recovery period. I highly recommend the back and neck massage course for anyone, who, like me, suffers from an achy neck and shoulders after sitting working on a PC all day.

Carolineʼs massage sessions have progressed each week I really notice the difference. I can now tell that the massage is getting deeper into the tissue. Itʼs bliss! As well as the massage itself Caroline has been very helpful asking about mouse positioning and showing me stretching excercises to relieve the tension too.

A few years ago I reasoned that having regular massages would be a preventative way to maintain good health (and a good figure!).
