I just wish this book had been written 27 years ago when I was newly divorced. It is so full of common sense and helpful suggestions. I thought I was the only person who felt those emotions and had those worries and now I see that I am in good company. If you are contemplating divorce , going through it or just out on the other side - read this book. It was written for you!

AND if you are happily married or happily un-married, read it anyway - as a guide to living your life cheerfully and well; we only have one life, so we might as well enjoy it.

Divorce is often seen as a subject for the ladies, particularly when addressing the emotional and `recovery' aspects. It was refreshing to read a book that applies equally to both sexes going through the process of recovery following divorce.

Reading `Nagged, Tagged & Bagged' was a rewarding experience. It raises essential issues that I suspect many divorcees fail to consider during those turbulent weeks, months and years following the breakdown of a relationship.

This book is incredibly therapeutic to read; whilst raising a few uncomfortable memories it also encourages you to look back before married life and consider the type of person you would like to be in the future, with endless opportunities ahead of you.

I would recommend this book to anyone going through separation and divorce.
