My wife and I own two flats in the Guildford area as absentee landlords. Both blocks employ FlatFocus to manage their affairs and I am a Director of one the Management Companies in central Guildford. As we live in Somerset it is important that our properties are properly administered.
I have found FlatFocus to be very efficient, they always seem to deliver what they indicate they will do and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We used flat focus for over a year with no problems, so over all they were ok. The only part that I wasn't impressed with was towards the end of their service. I called them for our company accounts as our solicitors needed them & was told that they wouldn't give them to us & that our solicitors needed to contact them directly & they would provide this information. What they didn't mention was that they were going to charge me £148.00 for this.
I was not pleased.
