I have been to this restaurant on one previous occasion and I have had nothing but impeccable service along with good advice on the food menu and the wine on offer. I feel that, as someone who has eaten out in many places, this establishment should have a Michelin Star.

Cambio at the Castle ....Excellent food, great service, will come again!
This was our firat time at Cambio and we were surprised it was so empty for 8pm on a friday night - this isnt usual apparently. We had a two course meal for 2 with prosecco and aperitifs which came to just over £90 which is a little expensive. The food and service though was very good - I had chocolate ravioli for antipasti which was very well made and the steak rossini was very well cooked and delicious. There was only 1 choice for vegetarians per course but the risotto and gnocchi was home made and delicious.

Cambio bar and restaurant in Guildford is pleasantly situated. Waiters were attentive. Food was of a good quality and taste and well presented. However, some of the main courses were a little on the small side!
First visit, good impression. Great food, friendly service. Will return again for a special occasion.
The new look Cambio (Cambio at the Castle) in Guildford was out choice for our anniversary dinner and it did not disappoint. Stunning food that was really well presented, attentive service and great wine - slightly cheaper, and much better value than a host of other Guildford chain restaurants. Will definitely be back
My husband and I went to Cambios for our wedding anniversary. It was a Tuesday night, so the restaurant was pretty empty (a shame). The staff were very attentive without smothering - which I really don't like. The bottle of wine we requested (by no means the cheapest on the list) was out of stock, but we were told that we could have another, more expensive bottle, for the same price. A nice touch. The food was very good, if a little expensive but it was an enjoyable night and we will go back.
