Cambio at the Castle is situated in a restored 19th century building and features, contemporary décor, an open kitchen and alfresco dining, all perfectly complemented by the restaurant's warm and welcoming staff.
Using the core principles of Italian cooking, Cambio at the Castle's menu celebrates the delicious flavours of only a few, key ingredients, personally selected by the chef-proprietor, Chris Connor. He is committed to supporting local traders, from the bespoke photography featured on the restaurant's walls to sourcing the finest ingredients from Secretts in Milford and Osney Lodge Farm in Godstone. Fish and shellfish are handpicked for their quality, flavour and traceability at Billingsgate Market.
However, when authentic Italian ingredients are required, produce is imported from carefully chosen stallholders at the world famous Mercati Generali food market in Turin.

Delicatessen
Having been completed renovated, Cambio at the Castle's deli reopened in April 2011 and is full to the brim with delicious, authentic Italian produce and ingredients, from balsamic oils to biscotti; olives and oils to Italian breads.
The deli is also home to Cambio's fishmongers, which boasts an impressive selection of fish and shellfish, including live lobsters and crabs, all supplied by London's famous Billingsgate fish market.
Cambio on the Castle's delicatessen is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm.
