Brendon undertook some tricky repairs as his first assignment for me and did them very well. He also did some difficult outside paintwork that required a head for heights and needed safe set up. Inside he did a number of decorating jobs. Always with a smile and with skill. He also cleaned up properly afterwards! Over several months we had Guildford Home Repairs do a major revamp on our house. Brendon did everything from fencing to decorating. His associate plasterer skimmed the whole downstairs and his plumber helped rearrange the bathroom. He created a completely different design for the bathroom, relocating the shower and basin with a false wall. We were very happy with the results. To many other jobs to go on. Brendon of Guildford Home Repairs did a wonder job modernising our kitchen. He started by removing the old timber ceiling and organised his associate plasterer to come. Then stripped out the kitchen and tiled the floor. He refitted the old units and bench tops as they were still ok. He painted, fitted down lights and under cabinet lighting. New sink, Oven, extractor, sockets, light switches, and organised his associate Corgi registered plumber to fit the gas hob. Then tiled the bench tops with a lovely mosaic. He also repaired a few odd things that had been broken for some time to finish off. Great job, thanks Brendon.

I have had many job completed by Brendon around the house. He has painted several rooms, constructed a bespoke iron gate, re-located my letterbox and door chine. He can also change a light bulb or mount an arrangement of brackets to hang my flower pots. He even removed all my husbands clutter from the backyard.

What a fantastic service ! Brendan came round for a morning and managed to fix a dodgy tile on the roof, replaced three lots of tap washers and totally re-plumbed the shower upstairs and the kitchen sink downstairs - all for less than the call-out charge for my local plumber !
