Our cleaner is friendly, punctual and reliable. I like the fact that she uses the cleaning materials that I provide so I can choose which chemicals my family are and are not exposed to. I like it that it's the same cleaner every week but that holiday cover cleaners are also available when needed. It's great that she works around me and my family rather than the other way around!
