We have been using this store all the years we have lived in the town and that is a long, long time! We like it for several reasons, in ascending order of importance to us:- it is convenient and easy to access- it gives good value for money- the range is good for both men and women- the staff are always so helpful and friendly.There is one downside! I like my comfortable jumpers so much that I don't want to throw them away and now my wife complains they are looking baggy!

This outlet store really is superb, nothing is too much trouble and the gentleman who served me on numerous visits has always been a model for the retail sector when thinking of service and how to present a quality brand. I drive over 30 minutes to get to this store rather than go elsewhere, well worth the visit and alwasy new stock. Frankly when it comes to knitwear you really should come here first, you will not need to go elsewhere.
As an Australian visiting in the area, I was thrilled by the beautiful cashmere jumper I was able to buy at the Alan Paine Outlet Store. And I was also most impressed by the friendly, old-fashioned, and personal service which I received whilst in the store. I will certainly venture back when visiting the UK later on this year.
