So much for global warming - a bit of Surrey chilling seems to be on the cards at the moment in and around Guildford! I am so used to central heating, I've been caught out with a severe lacking of winter knitwear this year. When's the last time you invested in a nice chunky woolly sweater?
Help is at hand at the Alan Paine January clearance sale in Godalming, near Guildford that starts this Saturday - 9th Jan - and goes on for 2 weeks until the 23rd. It's open on Sundays 10th & 17th too.
Aiming to clear sections of stock, there are some great bargains to be had on their range of top quality knitwear. For example, a classic men's lambswool sweater would cost you £70 to £80 in a normal retail environment - at the Alan Paine Outlet Store these are usually £37.50, which is already a great bargain, but for the sale, a selection of disconintued colours and broken ranges will be reduced to £25!
And there's big discounts on chunky knits - their 'English Explorer' range has some really great looking cardigans and sweaters, probably better suited to the younger guy. These are all half price!
Their whole kids range - Little Paines - is half price - really fantastic value for these ultra cute knitwear items.
There's loads for ladies too - cashmere roll necks down from £99 to £60, lambswools for £25. Definitely worth getting down there for the first day when the best bargains will be on offer!
Plus there's a 'buy 2, get a 3rd half price' offer on all clearance items. Great value!
As well as the clearance ranges, there's 15% off all their normal stock too.
