I host Guildford's Ladies at 11 monthly event at the gorgeous Yvonne Arnaud and this has proved to be a huge success. We have a range of super members and new visitors come along every month. There is nothing as good as spending time talking to like minded women in business.
I have just joined Ripley Connections and this meets once a month over lunchtime. It is refreshing for me to attend a group where I am not in charge! 4 of our clients also attend so it is proving to be a fabulous way to connect with them as well. Email, Skype and phone are all great tools for keeping in touch but you can't beat face to face contact.
I am really excited about a new neworking group launching on Wednesday 15th February 'Guildford Connections' which will be hosted at the amazing new Radisson Edwardian Hotel in Guildford.
Guildford Connections is being run by the lovely Paul Bridgland from 'The Best of Guildford' and this group will meet every fortnight from 8am which is a great way to network first thing in the morning leaving the rest of your day clear.
