The Guernsey College of Further Education is offering the internationally recognised Customer Service Training Programme: WorldHost 'Principles of Customer Service'.
Courtesy, friendliness and professionalism are essential ingredients of any successful business or organisation. This accredited programme offers participants the opportunity to learn skills and techniques required to deliver high quality customer service.

• Welcoming, meeting and greeting
• Creating the right first impression
• A winning customer service attitude
• Communication skills such as effective listening, body language and questioning techniques
• Empathetic listening skills
• Handling customer concerns
• The art of service recovery
• The value of visitors to our island
• Personal commitment to excellent customer service delivery
The 1 day course will be delivered by an experienced facilitator with an experienced retail background.
On completion of the course, successful participants will receive a certificate and a badge.
