After enjoying the £10 menu a while ago we simply had to go back to see if the excellent food and service was just a fluke.
Happily to say it wasn't, as all fourteen of us in our party agreed.
My starter was lovely fluffy potato skins loaded, and I mean loaded with a combination of cheeses.
Then it was followed with a seafood Thai curry, and the seafood was a plate full of fresh local scallops... simply awesome!
And to round off the meal I chose the banofee pie which turned out to be one of the lightest ever, so scrummy.
And all of this for only a tenner.
And it isn't only the food that is superb, the staff are pretty good as well. Friendly, experienced and knowledgeable.
I recommend that you take your chance to try the Imperial before this offer ends, you won't regret it.

Offering a fantastic 3 course menu for just £10 ! excellent choice of starter, main course and dessert including daily chefs specials. The food is super, the atmosphere in the newly decorated restaurant is lovely and the staff are great just the right balance of attentiveness and friendliness without being at all intrusive. Can't recommend this place enough, it's definately worth the trip out West!

Just back from a superb meal at The Waters Edge - an excellent value £10 menu with plenty of choice, the food was beautifully presented with attentive and friendly staff - the only downside was that strangely there weren't more customers! Highly recommended.

I would throughly recommend the restaurant at The Imperial. We have been twice recently for the Sunday carvery. The food is a very high standard and exceptional value including 3 courses and cofee. I look forward to going there again.

We have eaten at the Waterʼs Edge on a number of occassions and always thoroughly enjoy the food and the service. The view from the restaurant window has to be one of the best on the island. Great seafood.
