From the outset this agency were professional, friendly and above all patient. It was clear that my consultant understood exactly what I was looking for in a new role and was happy to wait for appropriate specs to come in without bombarding me with any and all vacancies on the island. I had a few interviews during my search and for each and every one I was fully briefed and felt the interviewer had a detailed description of who I was, meaning the more trivial parts of the interviews were brief and therefore much more productive for both parties. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

After being made redundant and registering with various agencies, this was the only agency who I would recommend. I recently signed up to various temp agencies looking for temporary work. In a very tough, competitive market I found The Temp Desk at OSA to be comfortably the best company. Even due to the harsh economic climate and lack of jobs available OSA did their utmost to ensure that I would not go through the period jobless. I have been using The Temp Desk for 18 months when I find myself sporadically back on the island, looking for temp work to tide me over during my stays.

Given the current economy, no job is easy to find, but with The Temp Desk, in comparison to the other temp agencies that have turned me away saying that 'there is no point signing up with us', they have always treated me like I'm their only customer and root for me to find a job.

Whilst a position doesn't always happen they keep fighting to find me something, keeping in constant contact with me and providing updated developments and opportunities.
