Every time that I attend a function that Sueco are catering for I can honestly say I am astounded at the quality of the food that they produce and the manner in which all the waiting staff present the food. It truly is a really tight run business by Peter and Hugh. After recently attending the Awards for Achievement and going behind the scenes to photograph the kitchen in full flow.
