Every time that I attend a function that Sueco are catering for I can honestly say I am astounded at the quality of the food that they produce and the manner in which all the waiting staff present the food. It truly is a really tight run business by Peter and Hugh. After recently attending the Awards for Achievement and going behind the scenes to photograph the kitchen in full flow. It was brilliant to see the slickness in which your food is produced and served to your table. I would recommend them to anyone that wanted top quality, hassle free catering for their event. Keep up the amazing work.
I have worked with Sueco over a number of years when organising parties and weddings in Guernsey. They always deliver delicious food that is well presented whether they are working in a catering tent in a garden, or a commercial kitchen. Sueco arranged a 'Ready, Steady, Cook' type event for me. They were really helpful and accommodating, tailoring the evening to suit everyone's taste and our somewhat limited budget! The Chef's were brilliant, they helped even the most unskilled in the kitchen produce the most delicious Thai food. The team at Sueco made organising the evening very easy, and everyone had a brilliant night. I am already planning a second event with the Sueco Cookery School.

All the Sueco functions that I have attended, I've been blown away. They are so indiviual and cater for your exact needs.
In the past four years I have worked on behalf of the NSPCC, Mines Awareness Trust and the Guernsey Cheshire Home and throughout that time, Sueco have always supported my events in one way or another.. whether it be a raffle prize of cookery classes, making free sandwiches for me or lending out some of their equipment out to me when needed. For this I am very grateful.Onto the food - they never fail to deliver. Actually ate at an event this weekend just gone and had a beef casserole for dinner and the beef was so lovely and tender which was great seeing as they were catering for over 880 people! Sueco catered for our wedding last September and we cannot thank them enough. They offered a very professional and friendly service from the first planning meeting through to the tasting and event itself and our last minute decision to hold a friends and family BBQ the following day didn’t faze them at all! Sue worked closely with us to come up with the perfect menu and it definitely didn’t disappoint. All of the food, from the canapés through to dessert, was beautifully presented (they even ordered in some special individual containers for the potatoes to match our colour scheme!) and tasted fantastic. So many of our guests commented that they had never had such delicious food at a marquee wedding, with special praise for the trio of desserts. The serving staff were polite, friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. Our overall experience with Sueco was excellent and we would be happy to recommend their services.
Varied and interesting menus, food is well prepared and they cater for the customer's idiosyncrasies.

We used Sueco for a private dinner party and they were fantastic, the food choices were amazing. It was all delivered to the house and ready to serve. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a dinner party without any hassle.
Serving a first class meal to more than 800 people is no mean feat, but Sueco served up a beautiful beef bourguignon at our recent Specsavers Spectacular Spectacular event. The staff were polite, efficient and got in the spirit sporting pencilled on moustaches. Thank you.
What can I say about Sueco that hasn't already been said. We have great fun working with them, we always enjoy the menu tastings and their wine recommendations! Stewart and his team are really creative and our food is always fantastic. Hugh, Merrilee, Kendra, Stewart, James, Kirsty, the list goes on. They all contribute to making our events very special. From both personal and professional experience; Sueco is a well run family business with a great team. The menus are always different and delicious, service discreet and I never fail to be disappointed.
Spent a day with James doing a one-to-one Italian cookery course which was FANTASTIC! We cooked loads and having his undivided attention meant that I was able to ask all sorts of questions and learned a huge amount. It was a really fun and intersting day and I would highly recommend it. For husbands/boyfriends who are stuck to know what to give their other halves as a gift, this was my idea of a brilliant gift!

Sueco organised a bespoke Indian Cookery course for a family birthday. The staff worked tirelessly to make the day absolutely perfect, down to the very last detail. The course was uniquely designed to challenge our needs and inform us with interesting know-how and practical skills. We all now regularly cook the dishes we were taught, with confidence and great delight. The chef was a great teacher: organised, always calm, and presented new information in a step-by-step iodiot-proof way, but still treated each person as an individual and let us personalise our dishes. We learnt our dishes amondst a working kitchen, and were trusted with proper kitchen tools. It was interesting, and a fabulously unique experience that my Dad thoroughly enjoyed. The event was well organised and executed, and we were even sent home with enough packaged dishes to feed a small army. AND received complementary wine, beers and a gift voucher. I was seriously impressed with Sueco - thank you.
