At The Sueco Cookery School Guernsey our aim is to offer a fresh approach to cooking, with the emphasis on quality ingredients, inspirational teaching and “hands on” involvement.
The Sueco Cookery School Guernsey offers exciting cookery courses where our intention is to involve you in the touch, smell and taste of food using your hands as the primary tool. Our cookery school is informal with the courses focusing on super fresh ingredients, cooked simply with maximum flavour.
The Sueco Cookery School courses take place in our commercial outside catering kitchens and will provide you with fundamental cooking methods and techniques that can be implemented either in a professional kitchen or if you simply enjoy entertaining at home. Each student is given their own work section including a preparation area, portable gas hobs and other essential equipment!

A huge amount of enthusiasm and a long lasting love of good food will be imparted by our dedicated and professional cookery course leaders, teaching assistants and support staff. If cooking is a passion of yours, The Sueco Cookery School Guernsey will help you achieve new levels whether you are currently a complete beginner or a proficient amateur - we have a complete range of courses to suit all skills.
Our cookery courses also cater to every taste - savoury or sweet, traditional or contemporary - plus we can offer a bespoke option if you do not see what you are looking for. We can also offer tailored and more personalised private tuition for smaller groups in your own home - just ask!
