Neil was very enthusiastic and easy to talk to and understood the importance of our campaign, even going so far as to promote our message across his client list! He was always there to respond to emails or calls, and was able to make improvements and adjustments as required. We couldn’t have done it without him!

Working with the team at Submarine has been excellent. From the initial ‘we want to re-design and be able to use our site!’ to simple changes, I find I get response to all of my queries (no matter how bizarre) straight away, someone is always available to help.

The CMS system we use is fantastic and extremely straightforward, meaning I can get on there at any time to update/changes files, which was a nightmare to do before.

The training we received before going live was clear and precise.

The team at Submarine have the ability to immediately understand business needs and to develop sensible and workable proposals.

The Guernsey Registry (and the Intellectual Property Office) website migrated to a new CMS as part of an overall States wide project in October 2011. However, the Registry has some unique requirements which the team at Submarine were able to accommodate with some quick thinking ‘outside the box’ !!
