Sensible Home Technology have performed consistently to the highest level on a number of projects for us as architects and a number of our clients. Mervyn always brings good ideas to the table. Heating, lighting and sound in one package.

Mervyn represents modern day technology with old fashioned standards, his knowledge and advice was invaluable when we had our Sonos system installed and it is absolutely fantastic. But what's betters is the service levels that Mervyn offered. He was extremely helpful at the time of installation and at various times afterwards when we had any questions or issues. I had CD's in various racks spread throughout the house and I (with considerable encouragement from my wife) decided to do something about this and initially looked at another product which stored the music on central hard drive. Then I spoke to Mervyn (who is a fellow member of a breakfast club called "B4-8") and he invited me to look at the Sonos system set up in his own home. I was sold, not only on the product but on Mervyn's terrific product and technical knowledge. After some installation glitches caused by very thick granite walls in my cottage, all was set up and now I have my CD collection on central system and am also able to enjoy the added advantage on internet streaming. Mervyn has installed a Sonos system for me in Guernsey with good humour despite the difficulties caused by metre thick granite walls and human factors (wife) that needed diplomacy. Top result everyone should have one (I even have one in the workshop).

He has also provided a system to control my heating in a London flat from my mobile phone (so there is hot water on arrival) - and of course a Sonos sytem there too.

I'm saving up for additional Sensible technology. Top bloke; top service.

Mervyn's customer service is top quality. I have the Sonos sound system installed in 7 rooms in the house and it is fantastic. Meryvn's technical advice and solution provision very quickly helped me identify what equipment I needed within the budget available. The Sonos system is intuitive and great for the non-technical minded. It is reliable and straight forward to set up. The Sonos system does what is says on the box and we are delighted with the end result. The installation was painless and the price for what you get is very reasonable. You will soon discover that there are a number of advantages such as putting your CD collection in that attic and clearing shelf space!
