I used Sarnia Estates in the recent sale of my property and was impressed from start to finish with how everything was dealt with so quickly and efficiently. Selling a property can be as daunting as buying one, and for me it was comforting to realise that no question I had was too much trouble for them to answer. My property was marketed with multi-agents and Sarnia Estates generated many of those viewings, resulting in a sale which I was very happy with.

I placed my flat in St Peter port on the market with Sarnia Estates as i was in the process of buying a property that was already on the market with them. This purchase then fell through and i needed to find another property as i had sold my flat really quickly with them and i didn't want to lose my purchases.Sam was really good handling my sale, Dominic and Sarah gave me great support when trying to find a new property they had lots of patience and all the time i needed. With me getting emotional at times Sarah was always there with the tissues and Dom with a smile. All in all they were a great team would use them again without hessitation.

We used Sarnia (and more specifically, Sam) to help us find a tenant for our flat; the initial tenants we had found personally, pulled out a few days before the initial lease was due to be signed. Upon speaking to Sam, he acted swiftly in lining up a number of viewings, updating us after each one.

I was impressed with the level of contact (via phone and email) from Sam, as well as valuing his opinions on the potential tenants. Sam was professional and efficient in dealing with us, going above and beyond by (for example) coming to our house at 6.30pm for us to sign the lease.

Safe to say, we will certainly use Sarnia again should the opportunity arise.
